The educational portal for the PULSAR website is envisioned as a freely available online resource designed to promote and enhance awareness of education and training opportunities in environmental aviation. Its primary goal is to attract future scientists and engineers to research and innovate solutions for reducing aviation's environmental impact.

Key features and details of the portal include:

  • Content and Purpose: The portal will host a comprehensive database of gathered information on education and training opportunities connected to aviation noise and emissions. It is designed to help early-career researchers, scientists, and engineers identify courses, training, and events relevant to their needs.

  • Targeted Training Types: The resource focuses on two main areas:

    • Postgraduate taught courses delivered by Higher Education Institutes (HEIs), typically at the master's level.

    • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training courses delivered by international associations, professional bodies, and commercial agencies.

  • Searchable Information: For each listed course, users will be able to find detailed information including the course name, organisation, location, contents, qualification level, language of instruction, duration, cost, and a direct webpage link.
